No, not at all. This programme is designed to progressively improve your level of fitness and strength over the 28 day period. Because you are being coached, each session, we will ensure that you can safely progress at a pace that is right for YOU.
Are the session times fixed?
No. You will have access to our entire timetable. We have sessions in the mornings, evenings and weekends. You can vary the days and times to suit YOU and your schedule from one week to the next. You also have access to BOTH RM Fitness Wigan AND RM Fitness Manchester.
I'm nervous, is this for me?
It is completely normal to feel nervous before starting our 28 Day Programme. We have run these programmes for over 8 years and want to re-assure you that we have a friendly environment, with a great team of coaches who will ensure you are made to feel welcome and comfortable.
What happens after the 28 days?
Firstly, you will be surprised what you can achieve over the 28 Days. Human nature is to want more, with this in mind we go through the options available for you to continue your fitness journey with us into 2018. However, there is no hard sell or pressure to continue.
