WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have 40 sessions across the week and you will have flexible access to the entire timetable 
(see image below)
WHEN DOES IT START?
Once you've attended an induction session you can get started right away – we will book your induction over the phone once you apply
DO I HAVE TO DO AN INDUCTION SESSION?
Yes. Every new member has to complete an induction session so we can complete your body scan, assign you to a coach and show you how everything works.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter and stronger.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 14 DAYS?
It’s completely your choice. You can continue by choosing the option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
